September 9th, 2015 Dear Gardening Friends,   I posted this photo from our Wedding day, 9/7/91, on Facebook the other day by way of explaining why we wouldn't be having a Labor Day Open House, which I had previously announced... I realized after my earlier comment that it was our 24th Wedding Anniversary, so we couldn't be open after all.  The picture got so many "likes" and sweet comments, I decided to share it here as well.  We had a fun day off, and were very touched by your kind remarks.     And now, we're on our way to the "Silver" 25th!  Yay!!   TODAY'S THE FINAL DAY TO VOTE!!   We're sorry to be pests, but Friends, if you haven't yet voted, please take a moment to do so.  We're in the final round of competition in the LA Weekly's "Best of L.A.
