Actually, we have lots of lovely Fruit Trees & Berry Bushes right now (including a new run of Blueberries, Olallieberry Blackberries and Goji Berries), plus Passion Fruit, Figs, Pomegranates, Persimmons and Guavas.   We also have a really good selection of semi-dwarf Citrus, including our best-selling Meyer & Eureka Lemons, Cara Cara, Moro Blood, Navel & Valencia Oranges, Nagami Kumquats, Kaffir, Australian Finger & Bearss Limes, and  Satsuma Mandarin. August 24, 2017   Dear Gardening Friends, Fall is a really short season...  and we're not kidding. We've got barely 5 months to get 2 rounds of the cool-weather treasures planted and grown... And we also must plan for Leeks (due 9/2), Garlic & Shallots (due 9/30), Onions (10/10), Potatoes (10/15), and then Asparagus & Rhubarb (December)...and don't forget all the Holidays that vie for our time!   There is so much opportunity in a such a brief period, but we're here to help!   We all know soil prep is the most important part of any successful season, so please join us and take advantage of Sale prices on all our Certified Organic Soil, Composts, Fertilizers and Amendments!   September Open House SOIL & AMENDMENTS SALE!! New Fall Varieties! The fully-revised Fall/Winter Veggies page is now LIVE on our website!!   We have 13 exciting NEW items to try!            We can't wait to grow these!!     "Flowering Brussels" is the first NEW Vegetable created since Broccolini!!  This is a non-GMO hybrid cross of Brussels Sprouts and Kale, so rather than producing tight, round sprouts, these ruffle out like lovely flowers. Dear Gardening Friends,   Quick reminder...here come the TOMATOES!   Our Annual  Spring Sale & Food Drive is THIS weekend!   This Saturday & Sunday at the Two Dog Home Nursery  914 S. Cloverdale Ave. Los Angeles  90036  March 12th & 13th  10am - 4pm   EVERYTHING - all Certified Organic Tomato, Veggie & Herb Seedlings, Organic Soils, Composts, Fertilizers, Fruit Trees, Berry Bushes, EarthBoxes & Smart Pots - will be 10% OFF!  "Admission" is your DONATION to our Food Drive benefiting the L.A. Regional Food Bank. Please think "Protein" and "weighty" things...if we gather 400 lbs worth, they will pick up from us; our GOAL this year is 550 lbs! **Street parking is available; bring your Gardening Friends, but please, not your pets! (We always say this, and inevitably, someone brings their dog, and all Hell breaks loose!)
